Students helping with the Historical Society's community naturalization project

Students helping with the Historical Society's community naturalization project
sponsored by Community Animation Program. May 2000.

More than 50 volunteers contribute over 6,000 volunteer hours annually to the Museum. They take part in all aspects of our operations including collections care, programming, clerical, dates exhibits archival research and promotion. The governing body of the museum is made up of dedicated volunteers.

Not only do volunteers contribute hours of their time; they also bring knowledge, skills and fresh ideas.

Volunteers gain new valuable work skills; they meet new friends and make a significant impact in the community.
