“Chop Suey on the Prairies: Reflections on Chinese Restaurants in Alberta”. This exhibit will be on display at the Millet Museum opening on June 9th 2012. This traveling exhibit is from the Cultural Communities Program at the Royal Alberta Museum. All across the prairies, Chinese restaurants can be found in almost every town and hamlet. While the families that have run these restaurants may have changed over the years, the restaurants remain and have become indispensable centres of small-town life.
"Millet's Pioneer Women 2012": featuring 6 new women.
